SMOK3: Product design and development, branding, video editing.
We worked alongside SMOK3 to develop their gaming platform. SMOK3 is focusing on supporting content creators in proliferating game UGC throughout their communities, while rewarding creators and viewers alike.
Goals
Why the client reached out.
SMOK3 had a concept and needed guidance, design, and development of their web platform. They needed an MVP that would solve the problem of their users, while giving them the momentum to go out and raise funds from investors.
Results
How we delivered.
Using a combination of gamification consultation, Google sprints, and a traditional agile methodology, we were able to effectively and promptly design an MVP of the SMOK3 platform. We designed and developed this platform on time and in budget.

Once the team agreed, we utilized the Octalysis gamification methodology to define the most effective game loop in driving the desired actions (and therefore business metrics) of SMOK3's target users. After which we moved into wireframes.
